Gold Hill Project – Finished

In our last post we shared some details of the Gold Hill project with the drainage problem. You may remember we built a below grade patio area to collect water runoff and where the new sump pump is now protecting the house and decking from flooding. Here’s what it looked like then and what that patio looks like now.

This was a phased project and, this spring, we’re finishing up. There’s a new water feature, lawn area, retaining walls and paths, planting areas and pavers. We thought we’d share some photos.
