Landscape Drainage Project – Gold Hill

This property in Gold Hill had a big problem. The whole property is fairly flat. When it rained, the water just collected in the yard, threatening the house and decking with a big swampy mess. The solution: a new drainage plan.

We designed a below grade water feature/patio to create a sitting area. Water from the yard is redirected to this lower sitting area where we installed a sump pump to pump all the runoff and protect the decking and the home.

Not only is the home and deck safe from water but the homeowners have an attractive new water feature and secluded, private patio to enjoy.

This is a phased project. We’ll be finishing up in the early spring.
